    Is the chat service not available?


      I just paid for one year creative cloud membership a few days ago and now I want to cancel the membership. According to the term, within 30 days I could get a full refund but at first I should contact adobe by live chat or phone. But it seems that the chat is not available. Is there someone in this community could help me cancel it. Thanks in advance.
