What concerns the chat, it's as you can see not always "open". But if necessary and for further questions click through http://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html and if "open" please use chat, I had the best experiences. I quote from Preran: The chat button is activated as soon as there is an agent available to help.

Thank you for your answer. I have already read though the help page. Adobe offers three options if I want to cancel the one year membership: live chat/phone/community.
According to your answer, the chat service is not always available. Is that mean I should wait for the chat service on line and continue and continue press F5 waiting for the chat service? That is a little frustrating...
I am located in China, but the call number in China seems not be connected.

The telefonnr. correspondends >>> China 10800 744 0438 (Netcom), 10800 440 0421 (Telecom). What concerns the chat, so it seems for me, that it doesn't exixt in China, so you better use US website for your wish.
Thank for your help. The telephone still can not be connected. But the chat service is available again. I talked to the staff and she or he cancel the membership.
sorry that the telephone service had not occurred. maybe one of Adobe's staff (sometimes they lose their way into the forum) finds the reason why.
