Running into this issue for all third-party plugins, and I'm not sure what to do. I have a GTX 765M in my laptop with a Core i7 CPU running Intel HD 4600 Graphics on it. Nothing I do allows the plugins to use the GTX, and some outright crash using the integrated graphics. Is there a way around this, or should my next computer be an AMD?
Is there any other info that would be helpful to diagnose the problem?
Simply turn off the integrated graphics in the BIOS/ EFI.
Simpler than that, buried in the nVidia control center was an option to pick which programs used the iGPU versus the dGPU. Got switched during a system update (Win8.1) and wasn't aware there was the option to select. Fixed the problem immediately and I have my speed back again.
