Thanks, JJMack !
I went to the Photoshop Family Customer Community, crafted a posting, and tried to submit it. I was asked to sign in again with my Adobe username and password. I did that, and a dialog popped open, asking for a verification code they said they emailed to me. That e-mail never arrived. I’ve encountered this before over the last several years. In every single case, the email with the verification code never arrived.
Do you have any ideas about how else I can communicate with this group,
or where else I can report the problem with ExtendScript?
you can always create a new Adobe user id and password to use for submitting bug reports.
You should also be able to goto the sign in page enter your user ID often this is your e-mail address then click forgot password< Adobe should the E-mall you your Password or a password change link for your account.
If Adobe has your wrong e-mail address or an old one you may need to call Adobe support by Phone.
You can also forget the whole thing
Every time I am in touch with the customer service I get a "Get-Lost-Drop-Dead!!!" answer.
