Form integration service in reader extension service module

"Form integration service" comes with function fro export and import form data from a reader extended form (designer designed). Is this service available when reader extension service module is installed alone at the server? Or other module has to be installed, like "Form service" module, "process management service" module? The "Form integration service " come under which module? Thank you.
