Graybox at the instalation step - Windows 7 - Need help

Hi everybody,         

I use Mozila Firefox, I can download it just fine, then I hit run, accept the security notification, and then here what I get every time :
I tried rebooting, didn't work.

Hello,

We have received a few reports of the window displaying without text, however, have been unable to reproduce it.  We would appreciate it if you could generate and submit a log file to aid in troubleshooting.  Can you please do the following:

1. Download the installer and save it to the desktop
2. launch the command prompt, click the Start orb and in the search field, type: cmd.exe
3. When the command prompt utility launches, drag the installer from the desktop onto the command prompt window hit space key and type /debug
   • it should look similar to: C:\Users\UserID>C:\Users\UserID\Desktop\install_flashplayer14x32_mssd_aaa_aih.exe /debug
4. Click Enter to proceed
5. When the empty dialog window displays, go ahead and close it.
6. A file named host.develop.log will be saved to the same location the installer was saved to (note, the online installer deletes itself once executed, so it will no longer be saved locally).
7. Post the contents of the host.develop.log file here in your response, or share the file following the How to share a documentinstructions.

I did step 1 to 4, but when I hit enter it says (location of the file) isn't recognized as an intern or extern command, an executable software or a command file.

I too have the same problem for this last while. I am running windows 7 and internet explorer 11.

I also tried the above steps like Extremisss and encountered the same issue.

Hello,

Please make there there is a space between the file name and / and that there is no space between / and debug, as follows:

install_flashplayer14x32_mssd_aaa_aih.exe /debug

I installed it from firefox and it worked finaly. Thanks for the help anyways!
