Can't Enable CUDA on MacBook Pro 15" Retina

I understand this question probably got asked hundreds of times before, but after putting up with this problem for a year and spending many hours trying everything I can find I still can't solve this issue.

I've followed every instruction in this guide:

Enabling CUDA for Premiere Pro and After Effects in the MacBook Pro Retina

But doesn't matter if I reboot the machine, disable graphic card switching, removing old CUDA driver and re-install, the problem persists.

I've already updated AE to and CUDA driver to 6.0.51.

I'm still getting warning by AE each time I launch the program that my graphic card can't support raytracing and I need to update CUDA driver.

Also I'm not able to enable CUDA support in Premiere or Media Encoder.

I learned of this problem since I bought the computer back in March last year, given the popularity of this model of MBP I thought Adobe will address the problem rather quickly, not realizing that after more than a year this problem still persists.

Thank you for all your help.
