    Has anybody discovered a way to get Adobe explain their billing?


      I am in this discussion group because Adobe provides no means of contacting them directly.  They referred me here.  They put a small charge on my credit card, and I just want to know the reason for the charge.  That seems simple.  Their "customer service" telephone number has endless menus, but no answers. Finally the recorded voice suggested that I use their service friendly 24 hour website.  The website put me here.  Has anybody out there ever gotten an answer from Adobe or do you all assume that whatever Adobe charges me, it must be legitimate.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
