Only with a 3rd party plug-in like, for example, Focus Magic.
And keep in mind such corrections are very, VERY limited. Adobe's shake reduction is pretty cool, but in all honestly you just can't (yet) do serious magic on a blurred image and reveal an awesomely sharp, clean image like they do on TV.
Many thanks for your information, I saw your reply to my question on the forum but being a newby to forums et al I do not know how to put my thanks on the page yet but I will get my head round it sooner or later. It all seems rather complicated when one gets old and decrepit, I had quite a job to get the question on there in the first place.
