Pencil/Brush Tool Bug with Wacom Cintiq 13HD

Hello everybody,

Today I got a CC abo to use Flash Professional, sadly a bug is occurring.

I downloaded the software today using the Adobe creative cloud software, so it should be up-to-date.

When trying to draw (using a Wacom Cintiq 13hd) a line using the brush or the pencil tool, the line appears at a different spot. When putting the Cintiq pen away from the tablet, the displaced line bends in a straight line towards the spot where my actual pen was placed.

I already tried reinstalling Flash and my (up-to-date) Cintiq driver as well as an older driver version, nothing helped.

When I used the tial version of Flash some months ago this bug did not occur.

It also does not occur when using the mouse to draw or using other software (e.g. Photoshop).

I am using Microsoft Windows 8.1 64 bit.

4 GB RAM.

Intel Core i5-3210M CPU 2.50 GHz

If you need more information, please tell me.

English isn't my mother tongue so I have some problems describing the problem properly, but I hope you get what I mean

I am having the same, or a similar problem. Even though I am drawing straight lines on the cintiq, they call come out bent on top, like a number 7.

This does not happen in previous versions of Flash (only in CC) and it only happens in Flash CC, not in other programs such as Photoshop. Please advise, as this problem defeats the purpose of having both this hardware and this software. Thank you.

I appear to be have the same sort of issue. I recently got Adobe professional CC and the line fails to follow my cursor correctly, but only when I'm using my tablet and pen (Huion) it works fine with the mouse. Further investigation revealed that it was only the brush, eraser, and pencil tools that showed major problems.
Note I do not have this issue in Photoshop.

Hello. Is there any solution now? I bought a new computer supposing that it would solve the problem, but is wasn't. Help us or at leat give an adive how to downgrate flash to C6. thank you!

I also have this problem with Flash. This is very irritating because I'm in the middle of a project. I hope there will be a solution soon?

As there has yet to be any official response of a solution, I'd like to share what I did to fix my problem that was written above. Simply reloading the drivers for the tablet seemed to work, that is, reloading the software that came with the tablet on a CD. Hopefully this will help some people.
