    creatve cloud application not downloading


      Corporate users can successfully sign into adobe creative cloud. When downloading application, the download just hangs. User sitting behind a corporate network; presently using web-marshal version 6.5. Recommended site address have been added to web-marshal white lists. Still having trouble.


      If users connects to a non-corporate network, downloads work successfully.
