Lightroom 5.5 crashes on the splash screen. Two days of talking to the sorry excuse for support in India and all I have are new issues with my computer. They took control of my screen and now my User Accounts are all screwed up. Everything was fine with 5.4. Is anybody at Adobe listening? Or even care? Now they say it is a Microsoft problem. Your upgrade, your software, your problem. Can anybody suggest where I go from here? I see elsewhere on the forums that I am not the only one with this issue, but Adobe is frustratingly silent on the matter.
