When ever I start up my creative cloud app, everything is fine. When I click apps, still everything is okay. Then when i click "install" on an app, it goes to a white screen and doesn't install it or let me do anything else except quit. I have looked around for answers online, and i have tried the"opm.db"and "OOBE_old" tricks that i found on the forum but neither of them worked. Uninstall and reinstall doesn't work. Is there something else i can try?

Have you tried adobe cleaner? When I openend creative cloud I had the messag there's an update, but if I would try to install it failed. So I went looking for a solution en found it in using adobe cleaner. You have to follow directions and in my case is worked after that. Hope it will be the same for you.
