how do I upgrade to latest version of Muse?

Hi

On my creative cloud app info it tells me that I am running Muse with the up to date green tick beside it - but when I try and download the latest toolbox and widgets from muse themes it will not let me.  I checked the help section in my Muse, and it says I am running version 7.4.  Can anyone help with this?
