Why are you posting this question here, the Adobe InDesign forum, instead of on a Corel Draw forum?
You'll get much more help in one of the Corel support sites than here.
In addition to the good information above, I would like to add a tip that has helped me with large files. When you save the file, in the "Save Drawing" window click on advanced and under "File Optimization" uncheckthe "Use Bitmap Compression" & "Use Graphic Object Compression" options. This will result in much larger file sizes, but quicker saves and less corruption.
The best possibility is if you have an older backup, from a time when the file was smaller than 2Gb.
CDR Repair Kit you could try -- but I haven't used it myself and I've no idea if it is safe or will do the job. I suspect it can at best recover only part of your work.
To be safe, you may want to wait to see if other users have used program successfully, or install it for initial testing on a computer that has nothing important.
This whole thing reeks of spam. I've deleted the link.
