my email is definitely correct, i cant even sign in to the app, i have downloaded the setup and i open it and, after saying initializing setup, it immediately says verify email without asking me to sign in? and the email address is completely different to mine
it appears to have fixed itsself by flashing white then asking me to sign in, however thank you very much for trying to help me

got the pretty same problem..
In fact i tryed Adobe for 30 days, it's over for 1 month. As it was just a try, i did not give my email adress but a random (because i didn't want spam for that)
In need Indesign for a project (a client give me an indesign file to export in html...) so i buy a 30 day subscription to indesign.
When I want to download it, the adobe creative cloud ask me for verification email on the older one ! (it doesn't exist...).
I can't log out anywhere, just quit the app...... So I can't login with my real adobe id .... And I can't download the product I paid for .....

I never got sign in anywhere, just this f***ing windows who want to confirm my fake email...
What can I do to have the signin page on my computer ?? I need it for tomorow, that a problem ^^

on my one, i was on that screen for a long time trying to fix it, it seemed to fix it by itsself but this may have helped it do so:
at the top right, click the cog and press quit, then make sure the process is completely shut down by checking the small icons on your taskbar and on task manager, then press start and search for 'creative cloud' and open it again
again, this may have fixed mine as i did many things but it appeared to fix itsself so i cannot be sure

In fact, I found the solution here : Wrong Email address to log into Creative Cloud Desktop, How do i switch to my email address?
Delete the OPM.db file :
- Close the Creative Cloud application.
- Navigate to the OOBE folder.
Mac OS: /Users/[user name]/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE
- Delete the opm.db file.
- Launch Creative Cloud.
If you are not able to find that file, please check the following link, that may be because your library is hidden.
