Thanks pix. I would appear that TextFrame has a name attribute after all!
If any Adobe devs are around, please update the docs with a name attribute for Textframe!
Understand that it is a subclass of PageItem which has a name property. Everything applicable to the PageItem is also inherited by any subclass. Only things which are different are listed under the TextFrameItem.
