is this question related to a volume license?
This is related to creative cloud Team edition.
I also had the same error when trying to get in the Admin consol
if that problem persists more than a few hours, use a different browser or clear the browser's cache and delete the adobe.com cookies.
It seems that MS internet explorer our firm uses is not compatible with Adobe.
Internet Explorer 11 is required for creative cloud
We were able to get around this by installing Google chrome.
