Error calling ColdFusion RemoteObject  - BadVersion !!!

I use Flex Builder 2.0.1 (OSX) and ColdFusion MX 7.02 (OSX) in my local machine and everything runs perfect!!
i modified my FLEX app to call a ColdFusion MX 7.02 (Windows / J2EE multiserver CF edition) over the internet. as soon when it invokes the RemoteObject to the above CF server, it fails with a NetConnection.Call.BadVersion error ???

i spent a whole night trying to debug this and find info on the internet about this error, but so far no luck :(

i need to deploy a working flex app to my client...can somebody lend me their expertise on this matter? Thanks.
