    Terrible customer service


      I tried to get an answer from the Adobe support chat about how to read Adobe Digital Editions on the iPhone, and the person at the other end redirected me to this forum four times, which does not have the answer, then ended the chat such that I could not see his name, nor did I get the email transcript.  Has anyone else had this wonderful experience?
