Form data not printing

It's possible the author of the file set the fields as non-printable, for

some reason. Can you share the file?

Thanks for that. I have that selected. The issue is if there are more lines typed than what is visible in the box - the extra lines do not print. It seems that there is not a fix for this at the moment. Besides very large boxes. Cheers

Ah, that's what you mean... This is a common problem. The best solution is to set the field's font size to Auto. This will ensure that all text in it is visible when printed.

Yes, but unfortunately the client is asking for a lot of data and this takes the font size down to 4 point and it is hard for them to read. And they of course do not want to many pages in the document. Next time I will ask more questions about what they need the form for. Thanks for your help.

Then your only option is a PDF form created in LiveCycle Designer (or a

totally different format, of course).
