I recently transferred my existing mac on to a new imac (using the migrate function). Ever since then I have had trouble with the Creative cloud installer. When I click on the "Aps" tab to update software it tells me "Download Error - contact Support". I have uninstalled creative cloud and reinstalled it but I still have the same problem. As a result, I can't update any of my software and it's causing me compatibility issues. Any suggestions?
