I had a computer with Windows XP and ADE 1.7.2 and I was able to download and print all the documents in this computer.
Now I upgraded to a new computer with Windows 7 and upgraded also ADE to latest version 3.0
The documents were all updated to the new version (when I open ADE 3.0 the program ofered me to do this process automatically) but now I can not print any document.
I also tested in the XP computer to update ADE 2.0 and also ADE 3.0 and in all that higher versions of ADE the ability to print becomes disable (button greyed out).
Can someone help me because I don't understand why printing is now disabled.
