Flash player doesn't work

Why my computer can not play video and it just remind that I have to enable flash player and forbidden Active X by doing the process under your instruction on your website step by step. I did it, but it changed nothing. It is Dell pre-installed Win 8. It seems the flash player has already been installed before I boutht my computer. But I don't know ,why I can not play vedio on my computer?

Sorry, I cannot understand "forbidden Active X".  Did you disable ActiveX Filtering?
