    Creative Cloud Not Operating

      I was recently being helped by customer support and eventually my problem was my MAC OS X 10.6.8 was not compatible with Creative Cloud. I've been a member with CC for several months and find this out NOW?? Aside from getting additional memory can what do I need to upgrade to so my Creative Cloud works??
