    Help system does not work. I get the following message "The Adobe Help application could not laod a URL because there is no internet connection."  I am connected to the internet. How do I proceed?


      I get the message as shown above on all attempts to view Help topic.


      I am on-line with a good connection.


      Please advise on how to fix
