Lightroom 5.6 constantly syncing

In lightroom 5.5 my system was always showing as syncing 2 photos. Now, in LR 5.6 it is constantly syncing 1 photo. It's improvement, I suppose, but how do I stop it without cancelling sync altogether?

I (eventually) found the file in question, removed it from the collection and then added the file back to the collection. This seems to have fixed the problem
