      hi, I want to make a clipart picture by using a normal picture, and after than I want no background while using that clipart on a website, how can i do it?

          You need to remove the background therefore a Photoshop background layer must be converted to a normal layer so transparency is supported and you must save web files in a file format that supports transparency so the rules out Jpeg.  Jpeg files do not support transparency.  PNG support better Color then Gif which only support 255 mapped colors when there is transparency . GIF does not support partial  transparency either. Gif files are very small in size so its a good choice for logos that have but a few colors,.

            Use a transparent background denoted by the checkerboard pattern.  File > New > background: transparent.  Add your clipart drawing.  Save for web as a transparent PNG.  Or if your drawing uses minimal colors and no gradients or shadows, Save for web as transparent GIF.
