shooternz Aug 4, 2014 2:26 PM (in response to Steven L. Gotz)Worth knowing Steven.
He is using a trial version and he also installed a new game as well as Photoshop (trial?) at the time of his issue.
I advised that he try uninstalling game and reinstalling "trials".

Sorry about that. Can you check out this article? It may help you fix your "program has failed to start" issue: CC Applications crash immediately after launch

I don't know why, how. All i know is that i haven't gotten any help but to read these forums of stuff i already had said i tryed.
Actually, our staff did post in the thread you mention. I'm sorry that what he suggested did not help. You said that you contacted support on Sunday, but the agent told you to contact them the next day? Did you? Our support for video applications is only available on weekdays. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Sorry, you might have a tough problem no one's experienced yet.

Honestly I think adobe should be more open to their customers and make a phone line people can call for help.
We do have these forums, chat, and phone availability for support. Sorry you tried to contact us on a weekend. We're usually around other than that. If you send me a PM with your contact info, region, and best time to call, I can have an agent contact you. Feel free to do so.
Thanks,
Kevin
