I have the same issue, in that the CC Desktop App is Blank when opened. I tried re-booting, same thing. I tried re-installing the CC Desktop App, same thing.
I tried "Chat Support" only to have the agent ask me the same question that I already had filled out what the problem was in the Chat Box, and then they disconnected me because they said I was not responding when I was. So "Chat Support" was of no help at all.
Paying as much as we are for Creative Cloud, it is really frustrating that it breaks all the time. The last time I went through this, the only solution was to completely uninstall EVERY Adobe Application, and then reinstall them all. I really do not want to go through that process again, especially if I have to do it every time the main Creative Cloud Desktop App has issues, which seems to be all the time. Every time this happens, and I go to the Forums, I find numerous people posting with the same issues.
When is this going to be properly fixed so we the end users don't have to go through this all the time?? I don't have issues with other applications I have that update from time to time, just Adobe's applications.
Many of us rely on Adobe Software for business, and there are really not many other options besides Adobe, yet we are forced to interrupt our project workflow all the time to deal with software updates that are not working. This really needs to stop.
