When I try to download pdfs, it comes up with a grey background, and a little box in the centre with the Adobe logo, and the english words Adobe reader and pdf, surrounded by chinese looking characters. But when I open pdfs that are saved on my computer, it's fine. I called Trend Micro and it is apparently not a virus. Please help!
Just a natter; but, you could try using different browsers.
I should have mentioned that I tried that already. But thanks anyways! If you have any more ideas, im all ears.
With changes to the newer browsers and some of them having add-ons/-ins to provide an inbuilt PDF viewer a consequence has been some "stumbling" by browsers.
The expected "seamless" service of Reader or Acrobat browser add-ons isn't always present eh.
So, something to read / try:
"Can't view PDF on the web"
"Display PDF in browser"
