An Adobe technician tried this fix remotely yesterday but the problem still exists. I've also tried updating graphics card drivers and I've uninstalled/reinstalled edge animate, but still no fix.

Can you run DXDiag on your PC and Save All Information and share it. We are not able to repro this issue till now. Let know if you have any questions.
To run DxDiag, Open DirectX Diagnostic Tool by clicking the Start button
, typing dxdiag in the Search box, and then pressing ENTERRegards

Anyone know why this might be?
