What version of Premiere Elements are you using and on what computer operating system is it running?

I am never sure if the web page set will hold. If it does not, you will have to navigate to the Chat Panel using the above topic titles as guides.
Adobe Chat has been on and off and on again for a long time now as it undergoes updating. At this very moment, the Chat Panel is available
through the link cited. I checked. If you find it otherwise (Ask the Community the only choice), wait and try again to see if the Chat Panel choice
