No, I have Lightroom Mobile. I am using Photoshop Touch to erase people from pictures, remove tattoos. Don't think Lightroom Moblie does that.
What format are these images in? Are you using Lightroom Mobile's sync feature?
PS Touch doesn't work with Lightroom Mobile at this time, though I believe Photoshop Mix does. (iOS only, though, you know, because us Android users don't exist.)
Lightroom photos are not sync'ed as Creative Cloud files. Lightroom has
its own "disk" so to speak for syncing. Why Adobe choose this is
baffling! It doesn't make sense. Wouldn't you want to open things from
the Creative Cloud in Lightroom and in Photoshop Touch? I would think so.
Then again.. i guess real photogs would just use Photoshop. I would like
to but it is just so easy to be able to sit with the family and enjoy a
movie and edit photos at the same time.
I totally forgot that Lightroom Mobile more-or-less works as an extension of Lightroom for the desktop. Sync'ing in Lightroom Mobile essentially syncs with your Lightroom projects on the desktop.
Still, depending on the file format, you should be able to open an image that was worked on in Lightroom, even if it's in RAW. (PS Touch can work with RAW files but they have to be uploaded to Creative Cloud first; also, RAW file support seems rudimentary; any adjustments made in Lightroom or Camera Raw do not show up in the original RAW file since those are stored separately in either the Camera Raw/Lightroom database or an XMP sidecar file.)
