To whom it may concern, I'm trying to contact support to get a replacement serial number for my LR and CS5 extended softwares, and have my old ones blacklisted. I''ve been trying all the links in the website but it doesn't allow me to chat directly or connect directly with customer support for this issue. My Mac got stolen, and I want to block them from using these softwares. Also, my LR is a student/teacher edition, good for only 1 computer. I will need to reinstall it to my new computer, once I get to buy one. If you could kindly direct me to the proper support folks, that would be great.
I bought the softwares in the US, but am now based in Manila, so I have no easy way to just call.
