I have Livecycle Designer version 8.2.1.xxxx. How do I upgrade to ES?

I think this version came with Adobe Acrobat Pro 9.2.  I am having trouble getting forms to expand dynamically, and I think it is because my software is not capable of doing it.  Can anyone verify this and advice me what my options are to upgrade to ES?

I would appreciate an answer to this too or at least how I can get a replacement disc as I have misplaced mine.
