In your default web browser did you clear Advanced/Network/Cached Web Content?

Often it is difficult to get an active Adobe Chat Panel while it is undergoing updating. If problems, please
try the following link which currently has an active Chat Panel.
The path that I set for the link is
Adobe ID, and Signing In
Adobe ID, Sign In, Account Help
If you get Ask the Community, try again and wait for the Chat Panel to appear. If my web page set does not hold, you will
need to navigate to Chat Panel using the above titles as guides.

Did you get through to Adobe Chat or did your resolve the problem on your own?
Whomever solved the issue, what was the key to resolving the issue? Sharing that information with
