I've been trying over and over again to run CC installer for my trial, it made my computer crashed after it installed (I had to do a system restore to before it installed) then I ran all of my updates but as it begins to download it the program stops. If I run it as administrator I get a message saying it "failed to initialize". I deleted the program and made sure it wasn't installed but now when I try to re-download it from the website it says that they're having technical issues.
my question is there anyone else seeing this message on their site about a technical issue?
and what can I do to try and get CC installer to initialize? I have windows 7 if that helps
Forget the chat support. I am trying to install the CC Installer since 6 weeks. I had 18 emails going back and forth so far, I had 7 contacts to the chat support and I had two contacts with the local telephone support - The outcome is very easy to say: Adobe Support is simply totally incapable of helping me to resolve my problem. The CC installer is still not installed on my Mac which is why I will now cancel my subscription, look to get my money back because I was never able to use this Adobe crap, and I will move on to products that the Adobe competition has to offer, that are cheaper and easier to install. I was very pleased with the performance and the handling of Adobe Photoshop CS 4, 5 and 6 and Lightroom 3, 4 and 5, but hell, the Adobe Creative Cloud can kiss my *** since I cann't install it anyway..
