    Adobe Ink not charging after 24 hours of red light blinking.

      I've followed all the instructions from the Troubleshooting session, also have post here and did all you recommend. Nothing seems to work.

       

      My Adobe Ink is not charging and your support is not helping. I was able to use it only one time, this is the most poor experience I ever had with a product.

       

      Please contact me as soon as possible, I want a new Adobe Ink or my U$200 back.
