As the title states, I have tried numerous times with test forms through the "Distribute Form" window to complete a form, click on submit and see if my email address gets a notification of a completed form. Every time I have tried I have not received a notification email of a completed form.
Using that exact email address for the notification address, I receive no notification emails.
How can I fix this? It is absolutely crucial that I receive a notification email when a form has been completed.
The screen shot seems to show that you haven't set who the email notification is to come from. (the second drop down menu) Can you please set this and try to submit a form again? Also can you confirm that the recipient has and Adobe ID associated with formscentral? If you are still unable to get this to work can you please make me a co-author and I'll take a look.
