    Lightroom thinks I have upgraded, which I haven't.  How do I log in with no "old" serial number?


      Their phone support is down, and they're apparently doing "site maintenance" on the one weekend I have set aside to purchase and start working in Lightroom.


      The chat people are completely unable to help me.


      I don't have an upgraded version of Lightroom.  But the new serial number won't work without an old one.  What the hell do I do?
