I have lost photos going from PC to Mac in Lightroom. Have tried all the standard stuff. How do I get Adobe to log into my computer remotely to help?

Adobe Support is for problems installing and licensing their software on your computer, not to fix something you’ve done by mistake, unless you pay for their support which will likely cost quite a bit.
