Well, first of all, adobe has that part of their site down this weekend for maintenance, so your best bet is to wait till Monday. Then if you still have problems, go to this page:

You were needing activation/serial number support, which is part of the Creative Cloud/account management section that is closed this weekend (even though PSE isn't in the cloud--all activation is handled by that division now).

The new combination Elements12 and Premiere 12 I bought from Staples won't install with the generated serial nos. that I received after using the supplied Redemption code
The messages given me after applying both serial numbers were:
“We are unable to validate this serial number for Adobe Photoshop Elements 12. Please contact Customer Support.”

I just bought adobe premiere elements 12 today and I am having the same issue no matter what I do it says the serial number I'm giving is invalid its really ******!!!!!!!!!
You need to contact activation support and the only way to do that is via chat from the page I linked. (I don't work for Adobe, just another customer like you.)
