My desktop machine won't allow desktop settings to sync. Sync Settings under the menu are greyed out and Preferences > Sync Settings says that I'm not Signed in to Creative Cloud. Last Upload and Download are not available. Meanwhile under the Help Menu I am Signed in because it offers me the option to Sign Out (correct@email). The Creative Cloud App also says I'm signed. I also activated File Sync without issue, but this hasn't been necessary before.
Is this an issue?
This is the case with all of the apps I've launched (PS, Ill, ID)
File Sync Links that may help

These pertain to CC File Sync'ing which I don't have a problem with. I'm wondering why my apps (preferences> sync settings) say I've logged out, when I'm clearly logged in. The end result is that I can't automatically share my prefs/workspaces etc. This is a new development since previous versions have all asked if I wanted to use existing settings.
