Every time I try to download Adobe apps for which we pay automatically every month...I cannot get anything but a response from adobe apart from the 'TRIAL' site.
What is Adobe doing to direct this traffic to the proper request site to solve the problems? I have had to employ the PC instead of the much preferred Macintosh to do adobe work. the subscription works on PC...but the subscription does not function on the Mac....the original platform on which I installed and used it...updated it ...etc. for over a year.
Please somebody give me a clue what is going on!
