ssprengel Aug 12, 2014 7:35 AM (in response to larry good)The first time you open Elements you need to license it with a serial number. You should not have to do this more than once, unless you’ve cleared out the licensing information in the SLCache folder, perhaps trying to get Photoshop CC to work or something.
Are you being asked to enter the serial number each time you start the software?

After a couple days it reverts to trial (you have 30 days left) and then after I use it a couple times it says my trial time is up. So as soon as I get this message I have to enter my License number again (after entering my Adobe ID). Is the program trying to encourage me to upgrade to 13? I'm not ready to do that yet.
