      I am using the adobe creative cloud. I have put a check on items such as synchronize files. However, synchronization of the file can not be. What is the problem?

          I've had Creative Cloud go kablooey from time to time but not currently. Can you repro by creating a new project and then save it just to see if that syncs?


          Sometimes you have to give it a kick in the pants. (e.g., I have to sometimes repeat a delete command for a project.)
