    locale files

I am trying to make it so that my software can be used in several languages...I know i have to create a .property file...The question is how do i do this. The docs don't really explain how to i create a .property file??? Do i do it in flex 2 and if so what do i save it as??? Or do i do it in something else and save it as a ,property file??? Thanks for the help in advance

Text resources are defined in .properties files, whose format is exactly like other .properties files you see. Look in the frameworks/locale folder of your SDK for examples. They are simple text files that contain "name=value" pairs. You can edit them in any editor you want--FlexBuilder, Notepad, whatever.
