First, Cloud programs do not use serial numbers... you log in to your paid Cloud account to download & install & activate... you MAY need to log out of the Cloud and restart your computer and log back in to the Cloud for things to work

Really confuse the issue of serial, CC does not. But the problem persists ... I studied your tips via the links sent.
The biggest problem with this being the PS CC 2014 can not log into my account to validate it in the login screen asks for email and password, then click to insert and get it back to the home screen.
My license is ok but i can not validate it by software, there are only three days to expire.
The problem with the CC app then try to solve.
