    CC "White Screen" and PS "Expired"


      Hello everyone, this is my first publication in the community.


      PS CC 2014 - My signature PS expired and reactivated today, but i'm no longer able to login to validate the serial, ie, to open the software remains in trial mode.


      CREATIVE CLOUD - The application of Creative Cloud also appears to be faulty, to open it is with "white screen" and you can not do anything else.


      I've had this problem before, my desktop has Windows 8 ... as i recall the support guided open the "Task Manager" and end all Adobe applications, uninstall and then reinstall CC... But it was also necessary to delete some temporary files in C:\Program Files (x86) \Adobe\Adobe Creative Cloud\... not remember exactly what they were.


      That's about it, could someone help me?
