    in bridge purge central cache

      after windows update I am receiving a message saying

       

      " Bridge has encountered a problem and is unable to read the cache..Please try purging the cache in central preferences to correct the situation."

       

      I am using windows 7 and cannot find the cache in adobe preferences

       

      Can anyone help me please
