Coldfusion Builder 2 won't  turn off Auto-Insertion of Matching Characters, even though nothing is checked in Typing Preferences.

Coldfusion Builder 2 won't  turn off Auto-Insertion of Matching Characters  , even though nothing is checked in Typing Preferences.  For example every time I type  " or '   I get  ""  or ''

Does anyone have this problem?
